The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center (CCDC AvMC) is the developer and operator of the Control Systems Tested Products List (CS TPL) on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of Defense. The CS TPL implements requirements originating from a  Department of Defense (DoD) Reform initiative to increase cybersecurity posture while at the same time reducing overall costs for acquiring control systems across the DoD.  In addition to DoD, the CS TPL can be used by non-DoD federal agencies at their discretion.
