Cost estimates will be developed on a case-by-case basis by CCDC AvMC.  Offerors have the ability to choose one or both of the Capabilities Assessment and Compliance Assessment, with the Capabilities Assessment being significantly less costly.  In addition, there are many other variables affecting the cost of the assessments, including DoD level and the complexity of product.
